Title: User Interface Engineer
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
Location: St. Catharines, Ontario (2 vacancies)
We would like to add skilled programmers to our team asap, and provide a professional yet fun working environment which will offer rewarding challenges and plenty of opportunity to grow. On a daily basis we work with massive volumes of data, bandwidth, and hardware, and can offer the right person quite a bit of knowledge that is not taught in school.
Skill Requirements:
Education: 3+ years of experience building web and/or native applications
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Expert knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
Experience with modern Javascript frameworks such as Backbone.js
Experience with scripting languages (Javascript, PHP, Python, Perl, etc.)
Detail oriented worker
Unmistakable passion for elegant and intuitive user interfaces
Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable code for UI components
Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
Proficient spoken and written English
Punctual, meticulous and reliable
Courteous manners with the public
