Open Call for Content

Hamilton Digital Media Interactive brings the city’s web, media and film, gaming, music and animation communities together in one place. It’s a celebration of all we’ve achieved, and the successes to come as these communities continue to develop and thrive.

This year’s event takes place on Thursday, February 27th at McMaster Innovation Park (invitation to follow). To share the successes, we invite your participation in one (or both) of the following ways.

An open call for video content

To highlight the variety of tech-forward work coming out of Hamilton, HDMI is seeking video clips that show off projects your company has produced or is currently working on, to be added to a reel. Clips must be:

  • 5 to 8 seconds in length (anything beyond 8 seconds in length won’t be considered)
  • The first second must include your company’s name and logo on a white background
  • No audio – a music track will play over video clips
  • .mov or .mp4 format, to be submitted via DropBox link below
  • maximum file size of 500 MB
  • clip must feature work created in 2013, or showcase a new project for 2014

Please note, HDMI retains the right to refuse a clip for any reason.

  • Who you are  (company, contact name, website, email, phone)
