Details:

This November, Interactive Ontario’s iON series returns with a session on Privacy Considerations for Digital Media for interactive digital media companies. The talk will be livestreamed for those who can’t attend the in-person session in Hamilton.

There are a number of privacy considerations that must be taken into account when creating games, apps and other digital products. Knowing the regulations will ensure your company’s products don’t run afoul of the rules and have the necessary features in place to protect your customers. At this session, Jacob LeBlanc, Senior Advisor, Business Advisory Directorate at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, will join us via livestream to walk participants through key privacy information that digital content creators need to know. There will be a 45 minute presentation, follow by the chance to ask your own questions.

Schedule
10am-10:30am – Registration and breakfast
10:30am-11:30am – Presentation + Q&A
