We are looking to add to our sales team.  We’re looking for an Account Manager who wants to develop their career in technology and software sales and more specifically in big data solutions.

You’ve joined the world of sales, learned a lot and now you’re ready for the next step.  Your eagerness to hone your skills in the world of software sales is your biggest attribute – and you cannot wait to get started!  We’re looking for a sales professional who’s passionate about identifying problems and creating solutions – all with their clients best interest in mind.

Our new Account Manager will:

· Learn quickly.  You will work hard to learn and develop deep insight on how Adlib’s solutions can support customers and be able to clearly articulate the value our products bring in solving business problems.

· Know the market.  You will become a subject matter expert on digital transformation, file analytics, content management, data security and governance, and compliance.

· Exceed sales targets – This is a ‘hunter’ role.  We are looking for people to take action and open doors.  You will be an advisor to prospective customer to help identify their pain points and then move them through the sales process to close.

· Build relationships. You will work closely with customers to gain an in-depth understanding of their key business issues, current technical environment, infrastructure requirements and application needs.

· Architect solutions. Engage with the internal technical teams (Solutions Consultants, Services and even R&D) to design, develop and implement custom applications to meet customer requirements.

· Collaborate. You will be the voice of the customer within Adlib to provide feedback on product feature requests and insights to shape the future product development.

Our new Account Manager has:

· The experience.  You have a proven track record of successful selling for the past 1 to 3 years.

· The education.  You have a university degree or college diploma.

· The enthusiasm.  Your sheer passion for what you do is evident in all you do – and is the reason you’ve found success thus far.

· The desire to learn.  This role doesn’t require a foundation of knowledge as much as it requires someone who is eager and excited to soak up everything they can.  Whether you learn by reading, doing or listening, all that matters to you is that you’re learning.
