ExperiencePoint seeks a talented Flex / ActionScript developer to help build the next generation of our award-winning
learning simulations. This is a full-time position.

We are seeking a creative, smart individual who loves programming and who enjoys working with and around others. You
enjoy solving problems and discovering new ways to do things and you are confident in your ability to communicate your
solutions to your colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing RIAs using the Adobe Flex framework. You can make a graphic
designer’s vision come to life and collaborate with backend developers when needed. An advanced knowledge of the Flash
environment and ActionScript 3.0 is required, as well as a thorough understanding of MVC, OOP and IoC.

Experience with Spark components and the Parsley framework is an asset. Bonus points for experience with agile software
development and familiarity with source control like SVN or Git. We are looking for someone who would be comfortable
working in a Mac/Unix environment.
